My Therapeutic Services
Complementary Health Treatments
Deep Tissue Massage
With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in psychological techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
I combine myofascial and trigger point massage with cold stone therapy and aromatherapy to alleviate pain and pressure from headaches. Cold marble stones are placed strategically on the head and neck to relieve migraine pressure and pain. Aromatherapy is also used to reduce sinus pressure.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
The Raindrop Therapy session combines several holistic modalities to bring balance and alignment to the body. The session incorporates Young Living oils to stimulate all of the body’s systems on a physical and emotional level.
Chinese Fire Cupping
The Fire Cupping session is an ancient technique used to increase blood flow, target areas of chronic pain, increase muscular tissue and increase lymph circulation to mention a few. Cupping can be added to any session.
Hot Stone Massage
The Hot Stone Therapy session will incorporate water heated basalt stones used to increase circulation, melt away tension, and promote total relaxation! Perfect for the colder months!

Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
Improve the condition of the body's largest organ—the skin.
Increase joint flexibility.
Lessen depression and anxiety.
Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
Reduce postsurgery adhesions and swelling.
